How have you applied visual thinking to achieve the change results you were after?
"Over the years, visual thinking has become a mainstay in my approach to change. I have used visuals in many change initiatives, from simplifying the complexities of the hotel opening process, to designing and mobilizing business process and technologies, to most recently embedding visual thinking as a project management 'way of working' at IHG. Thinking and communicating visually has time and time again proven to cut through tough conversations, drive alignment and accelerate group decision-making. Today’s business environment is changing, and fast. We are faced with solving problems with new complexity, sophistication and interconnectedness. Visual thinking helps us stay nimble and able to drive global collaboration and alignment."
