Before joining XPLANE Hermen worked as an independent designer. He graduated Art School with a speciality in visual communication and interaction design, earning certificates in Human-Computer interaction and Gamification. At XPLANE, Hermen has worked for multinationals including Ford, BMW Brilliance, ICANN, Sanofi, UPS, and Intercontinental Hotels Group. Hermen uses visual thinking to create clarity for all his clients, including most importantly, his three kids.
